We seek a senior profile with solid experience in complex industrial projects, high technical requirements, coordination of installations, and strict adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities * End-to-end management of industrial construction projects, from implementation phase through to commissioning. * Overall project planning: schedule, technical, and economic planning. * Comprehensive financial control of the project (costs, certifications, variances, monthly closings). * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers—particularly in environments with high installation loads. * Supervision of structural, envelope, and industrial finishing works. * Experience required in earthworks, urbanization works, and on-site concrete structure construction. * Monitoring and adherence to critical project milestones. * Implementation and monitoring of quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental standards. * Liaison with the client, design team, engineering firms, and project managers. * Document management, reporting, and KPI tracking for the site. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * Minimum **5 years’** experience as Site Manager on large-scale industrial or building construction projects. * Experience in advanced financial control of construction projects. * Proficiency in tools such as **MS Project**. * Fluent English is mandatory. · Knowledge of international standards and project management methodologies is desirable. * Availability to work in Zaragoza.
