Reporting to the Hotel Director and Procurement Manager, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for: * Professionally coordinating the procurement and management of goods and materials. * Supervising the receipt of goods. * Controlling the restocking of goods. * Conducting periodic inventory counts. * Managing communications with suppliers. * Achieving the established quality and operational efficiency standards.
