




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage labor matters, training, and customer service, resolving incidents with employees. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for a proactive and responsible individual We are looking for a candidate with experience in HR administration to join our team in Buñuel. Main responsibilities will include managing labor matters such as attendance record control, organizing training activities, and resolving any incidents that may arise with employees. You will also handle customer service, managing incoming phone calls and email correspondence, as well as other duties inherent to the position. We offer a full-time temporary contract with a weekly workload of 40 hours. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, on a split shift between 09:00 and 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Vocational training qualification in administration, HR, or related fields.
