Description Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to **Ibiza** and is therefore looking for a hands\-on and experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee all day\-to\-day activities and ensure seamless execution across departments. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project on the island, where operational excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction are key to creating unforgettable experiences. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects. This includes guest management, artist hospitality, guest satisfaction, overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining the facility. Your role will be crucial in delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding the Tomorrowland brand. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the pre\-opening phase in your department and assist in creating a new entertainment experience. * Develop \& own our service strategy. * Oversee daily guest, event \& artist operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. * Source, manage and train a large operational staff, ensuring they are well\-equipped to perform their duties. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Coordinate with other departments and key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to ensure alignment with the Tomorrowland brand. * Monitor and manage inventory and supplies. * Address and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints. * Plan and execute events and activities in line with the Tomorrowland brand. **MUST\-HAVES** * Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in event and operations management within high\-energy and high\-volume nightlife or entertainment settings is a must. * Experience with artist hospitality teams. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to be part of a world\-renowned organization. * Dynamic and creative work environment. * Career growth and development opportunities.
