**Direct contact with the production floor and industrial technology:** You will work closely with automated packaging, labeling, weighing, printing, and traceability lines, contributing to the proper operation of key production systems.

What will your responsibilities be?
Reporting to the department head, your mission will be to provide support, monitor, and manage production-linked IT systems, acting as the liaison between the ERP and plant-connected equipment.
You will supervise and support labeling, weighing, printing, product control, and traceability systems—ensuring the proper operation of equipment such as labelers, industrial printers, dynamic scales, scanning systems, and line terminals.
You will also manage incidents related to manufacturing orders, product changeovers, label printing, batches, dates, weights, barcodes, or traceability—reviewing logs, records, and production data to identify errors or communication issues.
Additionally, you will assist in the configuration, validation, and maintenance of these systems, coordinating with external vendors and participating in continuous improvement, industrial digitalization, line automation, and process control projects.
All of this while ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and occupational risk prevention.
What will make you succeed in this role?
We seek a candidate with a Higher Technical Degree, preferably in IT, computer systems, or a related field—though equivalent experience in production environments will also be considered. A medium level of English (B1\-B2\) is required, along with knowledge of Windows environments, TCP/IP networks, client\-server systems, and related tools.
An ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to diagnose technical incidents on the shop floor, review logs, system records, or operational data, and provide support for production-linked systems—including traceability, labeling, weighing, and industrial printing. Experience in industrial environments—particularly in food, packaging, or automated lines—as well as familiarity with ERP, MES, CMMS (GMAO), Power BI, databases, or analytical tools will be highly valued.
