Responsibilities: \- Ensure compliance with operational plans by verifying the proper functioning of facilities and services. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with partner organizations. \- Supervise continuous staff training. \- Manage commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing resources at each work center and supporting teams in daily operations. \- Budget control, KPI analysis, corrective and improvement measures, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget. \- Motivate personnel and promote a positive work environment. \- Basic knowledge of tenders, interpretation of regulations, ratios, and legislation relevant to the sector. \- Ensure compliance with current socio-health regulations. Requirements: \- University degree. \- Minimum demonstrable experience in managing socio-health centers or similar facilities.
