As a Technical Management Intern, you will provide healthcare technical support to the Technical Management department, collaborating with the team according to the instructions of the Regional or National Technical Director and current legal regulations, with the objective of facilitating and streamlining tasks and functions within the area, ensuring the application and compliance of good distribution practices and current healthcare regulations. **Functions:** * Collaborate with the Technical Management Department in fulfilling its responsibilities. * Assist in maintaining and updating product records in accordance with current legislation and approved procedures related to product registration and price control. * Assist in the process of narcotic drug orders (completing voucher forms, preparing shipments to laboratories, recording vouchers, etc.). * Carry out the purchase verification process (review and verify registration forms, register new products following established criteria, review pricing lists, etc.). * Ensure the updating and reliability of databases within the scope of responsibility. * Resolve incidents within the area of responsibility. * Receive and forward documentation/information relevant to the area of activity. * Meet established deadlines for actions requiring them. * Comply with current regulations regarding data protection, access to information, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards. . **Requirements:** Education: Higher Degree, preferably in Pharmacy Computer skills: Office software and organization-specific programs.
