Reporting to the department manager, we seek a colleague for the Cashier / Post-Sales Customer Service (30 hours, Temporary Position) role at our store in Zaragoza. Your main responsibilities will include: * Efficient and reliable cash handling at the register * Resolving incidents occurring at the register * Adhering to register procedures * Contributing to achieving section objectives * Providing customer service and information * Delivering and exchanging merchandise with customers * Managing sales and returns * Managing orders / exchanges with suppliers * Providing general support to the store What do we offer? * Permanent employment contract * Fixed salary plus variable component based on achievement of collective objectives * Training to support your continued growth with us **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in retail, customer service, and post-sales service within the distribution sector will be valued. * Professional appearance, dynamism, perseverance, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, organization, and decisiveness. * Proficiency and agility in using Microsoft Office and other computer programs. * Full availability to work full-time on a split-shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays as established by each Autonomous Community, while respecting the two weekly rest days stipulated in the collective agreement.
