Job Summary: Servinform is seeking Telephone Agents for the Tax Return campaign, responsible for processing tax returns via telephone, excluding direct assessment, supplementary, and corrective returns for previous years. We are currently seeking Telephone Agents for a temporary position that **requires no on-site attendance**, to support the Tax Return campaign remotely. The main responsibility will be processing all types of tax returns, except direct assessment, supplementary, and corrective returns for previous years. * We offer: * 35-hour weekly working schedule * Split shifts: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00, or 16:00–18:00, Monday to Friday * Employment modality: Remote work * Immediate start until end of June.
