Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer specialized in managing requests for access to and connection with the high-voltage power grid, with a focus on technical-economic analysis and drafting of conditions. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the processes for requesting access to and connection with new supplies or generators requiring interventions on Spain’s high-voltage grid. The candidate will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit Substations T\&D team to perform activities such as: * Technical-economic analysis of requests for access to and connection with the grid. * Drafting of technical-economic conditions for HV and MV projects. * Preparation of detailed budgets for adaptation, expansion, and/or construction of new facilities. * Management of requests and associated documentation within the electricity company’s corporate systems. * Preparation of access and connection permits. * Preparation of status reports for files, both internal and for clients. This position can be performed in a hybrid mode from any of the following locations: Zaragoza, Seville, Barcelona, Málaga, Logroño, Castellón MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role. Minimum Knowledge: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience drafting technical-economic conditions for grid access and connection requests. * Familiarity with applicable Spanish regulations. * Experience using EDISTRIBUCION’s corporate platforms and systems (CUATRO, SAP, LEONARDO, etc.). * Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.) at user level. * English proficiency at B1 level or higher. Desirable Knowledge: * Familiarity with ENDESA’s regulations, internal procedures, and corporate platforms. * Knowledge of the engineering and construction process for HV and MV substations and power lines. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * High degree of autonomy in work, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each. * Proactive attitude, flexibility in changing environments, and continuous willingness to learn and improve. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to deadlines. * Client management experience and capability, maintaining strong, results-oriented relationships.
