




Job Summary: Promote prevention, safety, and health by collaborating with the PRL responsible person in developing, planning, and monitoring preventive measures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Investigate accidents and manage medical examinations OBJECTIVE(S) Generally promote prevention, safety, and health. Collaborate with the PRL responsible person within their area—whether at the assigned worksite, at the client’s premises, or internally for our employees. Carry out the duties established for this position, meeting deadlines set by the labor authority where applicable. FUNCTIONS * Prepare PRL documentation (Prevention Plan, Procedures, Instructions, records, etc.) * Collaborate in risk assessments (job position, activity, client, etc.), including necessary measurements, analyses, or tests. * Plan preventive activities, including protective and preventive measures to be adopted, and, where applicable, personal protective equipment required for controlling and reducing risks. * Conduct general information and training activities for workers (at all levels). * Analyze and identify training needs; develop training modules. * Monitor the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures and the effectiveness of the program for controlling working conditions and reducing risks (Safety Visits, CAE Meetings, etc.). * Direct actions to be taken in emergency and first-aid situations; prepare drills. * Investigate accidents and incidents. Record work-related accidents and occupational diseases causing the worker an incapacity exceeding one working day (calculation of accident indicators, etc.). * Manage medical examinations with designated centers according to location. * Manage CAE and support Document Management for all activities and clients requiring it (drafting Specific Prevention Plans, Preventive Management Documents). * Attend Safety and Health Committees. * Provide support and participate in PRL audits, if requested. * Collaborate with services and entities competent in risk prevention (External Prevention Services, Platforms).
