Your main responsibilities will be: * Compliance with general Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Personal Protective Equipment usage regulations, and active participation in the Company’s Safety and Prevention initiatives—this being a top priority in the shared objectives of all employees. * Compliance with regulations related to Environment, Eco-design, and Energy, and active participation in the Company’s Environmental, Eco-design, and Energy initiatives—this being a top priority in the shared objectives of all employees. * Compliance with regulations related to the Quality Policy and active participation in the Company’s Quality initiatives—this being a top priority in the shared objectives of all employees. * Implementation and application of the Plant’s World Class Manufacturing Continuous Improvement methodology. * Maintaining the Laboratory facilities in proper order and cleanliness. * Maintenance and preservation of Laboratory equipment. * Joint participation with the Quality Manager, Quality Technicians, and the Department Team in all functions within the Quality Department. In particular, collaboration in implementing corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities identified in the production process and in the end customer. * Performing quality control tests on various products—whether raw materials, intermediates, or finished goods—to ensure their consistent performance in the market. * Participation in process or production control testing for innovation development or cost control. * Managing non-conforming products or those arising from customer complaints, and participating in implementing corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities identified in the production process and in the end customer. * Recording test results and generating reports. * Making routine decisions autonomously. **Is this job right for you?** This opportunity is for you if you have: * Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or sufficient experience in Quality, Laboratory, or Chemical fields. * Experience in industrial environments and quality management. * Knowledge of the Windows environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with Access / SPC (Statistical Process Control) / Power BI is desirable. * English language proficiency is desirable. **A bit more about us** "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME"—that’s why we exist and that’s our goal.
