A permanent contract and competitive remuneration commensurate with your experience are offered. **REAL BUSINESS IMPACT:** You will assume a key role with direct exposure to the General Management and Corporate Finance Department, actively participating in the group’s strategic decision-making. **PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:** You will contribute to the company’s financial professionalization and transformation, implementing advanced tools, methodologies, and control systems. **AUTONOMY AND GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE:** You will gain a cross-functional view of the business—from cultivation to commercialization—with influence and proposal capacity. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to **General Management / Corporate Finance Department**, you will lead the **financial and business control function**, providing analytical support and insights for decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include: * Defining and coordinating the **annual budgeting process**, monthly forecasts, and cash flow projections. * Implementing and overseeing **management control and reporting systems** by business area, cost center, and group level. * Analyzing **profitability by crop, farm, customer, and channel**, supporting pricing decisions and resource allocation. * Collaborating closely with operations to monitor **standard vs. actual costs** (agricultural costs, manufacturing, logistics, and transportation). * Actively participating in the implementation and evolution of **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP** and activity-based costing (ABC) systems. * Preparing **executive reports and dashboards** for management, focusing on margins, OPEX, working capital, and key KPIs. * Supporting economic analysis of **new investments, vertical integration projects, and strategic decisions**. * Supervising **monthly accounting closings** together with the accounting team, ensuring information reliability. * Coordinating **internal and external audits**. * Participating in **financing, due diligence, or restructuring processes**, if required. **What will make you successful in this role?** * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or Engineering**. * Minimum **8–10 years’ experience**, including at least **3–5 years as a Financial or Business Controller**. * Experience in **industrial, agricultural, agri-food, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)** environments with tight margins and seasonality. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and Power BI**. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and strategic vision. * Ability to interact effectively with operational departments and lead cross-functional projects. * Proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Preferred qualifications include: * Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or Agribusiness. * Experience with **Business Central ERP**. * Knowledge of agricultural costing, production processes, and horticultural logistics. * High level of **English**.
