Healthy Poke, the leading chain of healthy fast food, is seeking Kitchen and Bar Assistants. Responsibilities: * Preparation and assembly of pokes, burritos, and other dishes according to brand standards. * Customer service at the counter, taking orders and handling payments. * Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work area. * Food handling in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Restocking ingredients and managing basic inventory. * Collaborating in restaurant organization to deliver fast, high-quality service. Minimum Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, waiter/waitress, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Proactive, organized attitude with eagerness to learn. * Commitment to quality and customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Intermediate level of English is a plus.
