Job Mission: Coordinate and supervise on-site resources and activities, ensuring proper execution of work according to the established plan under the direction of the Site Manager, with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Operational Planning and Control \- Support the Site Manager in developing the work plan. \- Organize site team activities (foremen and workers). \- Monitor progress against the plan and correct deviations. Execution Supervision \- Conduct or verify layout surveys and monitor work execution. \- Control the arrival of equipment, materials, and supplies required on site. \- Manage tasks performed by direct employees and subcontractors, and maintain timesheet records. Technical and Materials Control \- Ensure receipt and control of materials according to technical and regulatory criteria. \- Provide technical support for complex or detailed tasks. \- Coordinate resources and processes to maximize efficiency. Coordination and Compliance \- Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental measures. \- Promote good working practices and ensure adherence to internal procedures. \- Coordinate with subcontractors to guarantee execution timelines and quality. Communication and Support \- Facilitate smooth communication among the site team, technical management, and subcontractors. \- Support site meetings and coordination with stakeholders as required by the Site Manager. ### **Requirements** Education \- Technical qualification (Higher Vocational Training Certificate) or equivalent experience in modern construction and rehabilitation projects. Additional Training \- Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), quality, safety, or environmental management are valued.
