At our Valencia branch, we are seeking a Bricklayer Technician for our Corporate Retail Area. ###### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing renovation and rehabilitation work: erecting walls, structural reinforcements, space adaptations, opening openings, and finishing work. * Interpreting technical drawings. * Installing plasterboard and ceramic coverings, flooring, tiles, slabs, and other materials. * Applying mortars, plaster, single-layer renders, rendering, and finishing coats to complete surfaces. * Operating manual or electric tools and machinery. * Coordinating with other technicians to ensure proper project execution. * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations. ###### **Minimum requirements:** * At least 3 years of experience in the role. * Flexible availability: mornings and afternoons. * Geographic mobility. * Valid driver's license. ###### **Desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of other trades: locksmithing, welding, plumbing, electricity.
