




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist with telephone communication skills, mail handling capabilities, and emergency support experience; computer literacy is valued. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone switchboard management, mail handling, and courier services 2. Reception of visitors and preparation of facilities 3. Key support in emergencies and evacuations Main duties will include managing the telephone switchboard, handling incoming calls, and routing them appropriately. The role also involves receiving and distributing all correspondence, as well as managing courier services and diplomatic pouches. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving visitors, providing detailed information upon request, and preparing facilities for both daily opening and closing. In emergency or incident situations, the role plays a key part in evacuating personnel and delivering support. User-level computer knowledge and prior experience in similar roles will be considered advantageous. Priority will be given to candidates with functional diversity, provided they hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher and/or IPT. Working hours will be part-time, with rotating shifts covering the period from 07:00 to 07:00 the following day, including weekends and public holidays, with corresponding statutory rest periods.
