




Position Summary: We are seeking a receptionist for a hotel in Zaragoza, responsible for customer service, reservation management, billing, and interdepartmental coordination, resolving incidents and handling communications. Telephone and email communication with customers We are looking for a person to work as a receptionist at a hotel located in the Picarral area of Zaragoza. A B1 or B2 level of English is required, along with at least one year of experience in customer-facing roles. Training in Tourism or Administration, as well as prior experience in the retail sector, will be considered advantageous. Main duties will include welcoming and checking out guests, providing information, managing reservations and room availability, processing payments and billing, coordinating with other hotel departments, handling telephone and email inquiries, and resolving any incidents that may arise. A temporary contract is offered, running from May to September, on a full-time basis. Working shifts will be afternoon (15:00–23:00) and night (23:00–07:00), Monday through Sunday. One weekend off per month is guaranteed. The gross monthly salary is €1600 paid in 12 installments, with additional supplements for night shifts, holidays, and Sundays. The start date is scheduled for early May.
