Your mission is to ensure all photographic material aligns with the brand’s visual universe and meets quality standards. Additionally, you will photograph campaigns and drops and oversee their retouching. **Key responsibilities** * Lead the execution of photographic material across various shoots * Responsible for shooting photographic material for campaigns and collections * Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all channels * Supervise and coordinate the photo retouching area * Manage uploading photographic material to the Brand repository **Some of your day-to-day tasks** * Review content with the creative team * Validate retouching of photographic material * Prepare briefings and technical documents * Organize necessary technical material for shoots * Maintain the studio **What are we looking for?** **Experience and knowledge:** * We seek a technically skilled profile with leadership capability within a company. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role of relative responsibility, with ability to simultaneously coordinate projects. Analytical mindset and attention to detail, plus capacity to set priorities to meet deadlines. **Skills, tools, and attitudes:** * Full command of technical equipment required for shoots: professional digital and analog cameras, studio flash lighting, tethering, etc. In-depth knowledge of industry-leading software such as Capture One or Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in organizational tools like Google Drive. * Strong communication and coordination skills with the team. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented when facing daily challenges.
