From Pacto Zaragoza, we are seeking kitchen staff to join a 4-star hotel located in Polígono Plaza, actively contributing to the preparation of dishes/sandwiches and ensuring proper maintenance of the kitchen, upholding the quality, hygiene, and safety standards inherent to high-end hospitality. We seek organized, responsible individuals with strong teamwork skills, detail-oriented and committed to smooth service operations. Reporting to the Head Chef and depending on the candidate’s experience level, main responsibilities include: \- Preparation and cooking of food, actively participating both in preparatory phases (mise en place) and during service according to the established menu. \- Strict maintenance of order, cleanliness, and disinfection of utensils, equipment, workstations, and adjacent areas. \- Stock and ingredient control, ensuring proper raw material rotation. \- Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations specific to high-end hospitality. \- Coordination with other team members to ensure operational fluidity, excellent dish presentation, and adherence to service timing. We offer: \- Integration into a professional, dynamic environment with high-quality standards. \- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, shift from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential working hours extension based on service needs. \- Fixed-term intermittent contract via ETT, with realistic prospects of permanent integration into the hotel’s staff. \- Salary: €11.40–€12.40 gross/hour. ### **Requirements** \- Proven prior experience in the requested position (experience in hotels or high-volume catering is valued). \- Personal vehicle (mandatory) \- Availability for immediate start.
