The position focuses on learning and assisting in workshop activities under supervision. The selected candidate will participate in activities to acquire knowledge of machinery operation, especially finishing equipment. Main responsibilities include assisting the skilled worker in daily tasks: preparing and handling materials, supporting processes such as varnishing, and maintaining order in the work area. Training is essential, with a plan to progressively learn the operation of varnishing machinery, enabling assumption of greater technical responsibilities. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn the trade are highly valued. Any prior experience in industrial environments or the wood sector is beneficial but not required.
