Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support applications to European cooperation programs and the implementation of approved projects, managing clients and institutional relationships. We are a Portuguese company specializing in developing initiatives related to European territorial cooperation, innovation, and access to funding. As part of our expansion into Spain, we have launched operations from Galicia and are now looking to hire an experienced **Project Manager**, client-oriented and skilled in teamwork. The selected candidate will support the preparation of applications to European cooperation programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance during the implementation of approved projects. **Responsibilities:** * Proactive and autonomous management and development of projects and services, coordinated with clients and partners; * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications to national and European funding programs; * Development and implementation of support actions for the management and execution of funded projects; * Provision of consultancy services aimed at enhancing and strengthening public and private organizations; * Client portfolio management and development of institutional relationships. * University degree; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions; * Interest and experience in project management, preferably in the preparation and/or management of European projects and participation in public procurement procedures; * Knowledge of national and European funding programs; * Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-oriented skills; * Analytical, research, and writing abilities, with critical thinking; * High level of organization, planning, and autonomy; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. **Why INOVA\+?** Here, we offer the opportunity to join a dynamic team facing challenges that drive personal, organizational, and team growth.
