Job Summary: Comprehensive payroll cycle management, incident resolution, and client communication on labor-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full payroll cycle management 2. Incident resolution and result validation 3. Client liaison on labor-related matters Full payroll cycle management, including calculation and review of IRPF (Personal Income Tax) and Social Security contributions. You will also handle incident resolution, result validation, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients on labor-related matters. At least one year of experience in end-to-end payroll processing is required. A Higher National Diploma in Administration and Finance, or a university degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration is also required. Proficiency in Excel is essential. A permanent, full-time contract is offered with flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, arrival between 8:00 and 10:00, departure between 17:00 and 19:00; Fridays, similar arrival time but departure between 15:00 and 17:00. You will enjoy 22 vacation days per year, plus December 24th and 31st, and your birthday. Salary conditions are based on the Office and Consulting Firms Collective Agreement. The position is located in Zaragoza.
