




**These are the main tasks:** serving the public in need of administrative services, answering telephone calls, and performing various administrative tasks related to user management and their files. At least one year of experience in public-facing or telephone customer service roles involving administrative duties and document classification is required. A Higher Education qualification is necessary, preferably in areas such as administration and finance or executive assistance. Proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel, as well as other IT tools like CRM systems or telephone switchboards, is also valued. Experience in public administration tasks and knowledge of Catalan will be considered a plus. An indefinite full-time contract is offered. Working hours will consist of 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, depending on the project. The annual salary is the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), paid in 12 monthly installments, with the possibility of additional performance-based bonuses. Immediate incorporation is required.
