Main responsibilities will include a variety of essential administrative tasks and direct support to the department. Daily duties include telephone reception, efficient email management, and other administrative activities ensuring smooth operation of the position. Organizational skills and proactivity will be valued. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule will be on the morning shift, typically from 07:30 to 14:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a position similar to the one described. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable.
