




We are looking for personnel to perform administrative tasks. The main responsibilities include using management software for invoicing and remittances, answering phone calls from customers and suppliers, and supporting order follow-up to ensure their proper processing. Additionally, it will be necessary to classify, file, and keep up to date all important company documentation, thus ensuring the correct functioning of administrative management. Minimum requirements include at least six months of experience in administrative tasks and completion of high school or a medium-level degree in administration. It is essential to have knowledge and experience with ERP programs for enterprise resource management. The position is based in Zaragoza, with an indefinite part-time contract of 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, offering an annual salary of 13,000 euros. There is the possibility to extend working hours to full-time and opt for a hybrid work arrangement.
