The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working on substation engineering projects and will join BOSLAN's Generation and Grids Unit's T\&D Substations team to carry out activities related to substation project development, such as: * Design and implementation of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations. * Preparation and processing of grid connection and access applications for transmission and distribution networks. * Engineering review of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations. * Drafting and reviewing technical specifications and tender documents for procurement of main high- and medium-voltage substation equipment. * Managing client communication for assigned projects. * Technical support to clients regarding high- and medium-voltage electrical substation design. * Technical support to clients regarding procedures required for authorization, construction, and commissioning of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations. * Detailed engineering of high- and medium-voltage electrical substations (single-line diagrams, layouts, sections, BOQs, etc.). * Calculations for high- and medium-voltage electrical substations (grounding grids, busbars, conductors, etc.). **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering **Minimum Experience:** At least 4 years in a similar role. **Minimum Knowledge:** * Minimum of 4 years' experience in high- and medium-voltage electrical substation projects. * Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations. * Familiarity with grid connection and access application procedures for transmission and distribution networks. * Advanced user-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.) at user level. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Knowledge of electrical utility substation design standards and criteria (e.g., ENDESA, IBERDROLA, REE). * Knowledge of communication systems for high- and medium-voltage electrical substations. * Familiarity with electrical installation design using BIM methodology. * Proficiency in EPLAN. * Proficiency in specialized software for power system modeling and simulation (e.g., DigSilent, Cape, ETAP). * Knowledge of a third language, preferably French. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Strong technical, critical, and analytical capabilities, oriented toward efficient problem resolution. * Ability to interpret and analyze results from studies and calculations, applying critical and constructive thinking. * High degree of work autonomy, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each. * Proactive attitude, flexibility in changing environments, and continuous commitment to learning and improvement. * Organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to deadlines. * Client management experience and capability, maintaining solid, results-oriented relationships.
