As a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out promotional, sales, and distribution activities for the company’s services, in accordance with the directives of the Sales Area Manager and established procedures. The goal is to achieve sales and margin targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term trust-based relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Effectively promote, sell, and distribute the company’s services. * Acquire, develop, and maintain customer relationships using commercial tools and logistical and financial services provided by various departments, in line with company guidelines. * Monitor agreements reached with customers. * Track performance against established targets across multiple areas, including acquisition, billing, margin, private-label brands, Alphega, among others. * Manage resolution of customer complaints, including grievances, inquiries, incidents, and questions. * Identify business opportunities within the territory. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract * Attractive salary package: fixed salary + variable component * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:30. * Company vehicle. * Continuous training platform. * Significant discounts on in-house products (pharmacy items, cosmetics, etc.) . **Requirements:** * Vocational training qualification (FP) or university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics-related field. * Prior experience performing commercial duties in a pharmacy setting is mandatory. * We seek initiative, autonomy, and strong capacity for continuous learning. * Previous experience as a Sales Representative in pharmaceutical distribution is considered an advantage. **What Cencora offers** ======================= Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
