Responsibilities * Lead and oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation and service across all hotel dining outlets. * Design, develop and implement innovative culinary concepts aligned with the hotel’s gastronomic identity. * Manage, train and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and professional development. * Ensure compliance with all company standards regarding quality, hygiene and food safety. * Oversee inventory management, cost control and efficient use of departmental resources. * Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. * Review and evaluate the performance of the food offering and propose improvements to drive both guest satisfaction and business performance. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal food safety procedures. Requirements * Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field. * Proven experience in **Executive Chef position**, preferably within luxury hotels or high\-end restaurants. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Passion for culinary excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences. * Ability to work in a dynamic, high\-demand and results\-driven environment. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * High level of Spanish and English is required.
