Position: PR \& Content Creator Marea Beach House, a beach club and restaurant located in Cala Blanca (Menorca), is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to handle public relations, content creation, and collaborations with hotels and influencers during the season. The goal is to strengthen Marea’s social media presence and build relationships with hotels and tourism partners to attract new customers and position Marea as one of Menorca’s most appealing gastronomic and lifestyle destinations. Main responsibilities: Content Creation: · Create daily content for Instagram and TikTok · Produce Reels, Stories, photographs, and short videos · Showcase the Marea experience: cuisine, cocktails, ambiance, sunset, events, and customers Social Media Management: · Plan and publish content · Engage with followers and customers · Repost content generated by customers · Use hashtags and geotagging · Monitor community growth Hotel Relations: · Visit hotels in Ciutadella, Cala Blanca, Cala en Bosch, and Son Xoriguer · Present Marea to front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams · Build a network of partner hotels that recommend Marea to their guests Influencer Collaborations: · Identify relevant content creators · Organize visits and collaborations · Co-create content · Increase Marea’s visibility on social media Promotion of Experiences and Events: · Promote via social media and hotels: sunset experiences, birthdays, celebrations, private events, and group bookings Job Objectives: · Increase Marea’s visibility on social media · Increase the number of customers referred by hotels · Generate attractive content reflecting the Marea experience · Establish collaborations with influencers and tourism partners ### **Requirements** Dynamic, creative, and proactive individual. Strong communication and public relations skills. Professional appearance and positive customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. · Advanced Spanish and good Catalan; English is a plus. · Interest in or background in marketing, communications, tourism, or social media. · Ability to create attractive photo and video content. · Familiarity with Menorca and its tourism sector is highly valued. ### **Offer** · Base salary of €2,300 gross per month during the season. · Monthly bonus system up to €600 based on performance: €200 for gaining +5,000 Instagram followers in one month, €200 for establishing 5 active partner hotels recommending Marea, and €200 for influencer collaborations or marketing actions generating significant visibility. · Accommodation (optional) subject to availability: room cost is €400 per month, plus shared utility expenses (water, electricity) among occupants.
