You will be responsible for: * Bringing mechanical and electrical installations (HVAC, plumbing, low- and medium-voltage systems—whatever comes your way!) to life in 3D using the power of BIM. * Generating drawings, quantity take-offs, and all necessary technical documentation directly from your 3D masterpiece. * Serving as the star graphic support for our project engineers—you’ll make their ideas shine! * Participating in BIM coordination meetings, collaborating side-by-side with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration. * Ensuring our models comply with top-tier BIM standards—both our own and those required by clients. Quality first! **What are we looking for?** ------------------------ We want someone who joins our adventure with energy and experience! * **Minimum 3 years of proven experience** in BIM MEP modeling. Experience in a design office is a big plus! * **Expert-level proficiency in Revit MEP**—you know how to get the most out of it! * **Solid knowledge of Navisworks**, so nothing slips through the cracks. * Understanding of how technical building services function and how to represent them flawlessly in BIM.
