At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are seeking top talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Collective Catering Cook to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience in hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours according to the center’s shift schedule (with corresponding rest periods). Salary according to the collective catering agreement. Duration: summer campaign. Temporary contract.
