Group facilitation and management **Study Support Workshop Facilitator** Pubilla Cases Can Vidalet youth center is seeking facilitators to conduct educational support and mentoring workshops (academic reinforcement) in the afternoons with primary and secondary school students. We seek individuals capable of providing effective student mentoring, with experience leading academic reinforcement workshops, guiding students and supporting them with daily subject-related difficulties, as well as possessing strong group facilitation and management skills. Responsibilities during the workshop include: * Supporting students with their homework * Teaching students effective work habits and study techniques * Monitoring participant attendance and reporting absences to the project coordinator * Preparing individualized student progress reports upon completion of each term * Preparing materials and resources for the workshop activities **Conditions:** * **Start Date:** Immediate * **Working Hours:** 6 hours/week as a workshop facilitator under a leisure-time agreement **Schedule:** To be arranged with the school or institute. **Requirements:** Certificate of qualification as a leisure-time activity monitor for children and youth. Experience as a monitor in similar activities. Valid and current certificate of no sexual offense convictions. Strong spoken and written Catalan proficiency. Ability to facilitate and manage groups effectively. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or having completed studies related to the social/educational field.
