Participation in the strategic definition of growth We seek a professional with solid experience in structuring, analyzing, and executing strategic projects, who will assume direct responsibility for developing initiatives in the hotel, real estate, and entertainment sectors, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Required Profile Strong financial education and background: University degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field. High capability in financial analysis, modeling, investment evaluation, financing structuring, and project profitability control. Knowledge of international markets: Experience in analyzing opportunities and developing and executing projects in international environments. Understanding of macroeconomic, regulatory, and competitive dynamics. English proficiency: Advanced professional level required (both oral and written). Additional languages are valued. Leadership ability: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing complex projects from conception through execution. Strategic vision and results orientation: Ability to identify opportunities, structure projects, and ensure their technical, financial, and operational viability. High availability and commitment: Full dedication, flexibility to travel, and willingness to assume high-level responsibilities. Main Responsibilities Identification, analysis, and development of new business opportunities in the hotel, real estate, and entertainment sectors. Financial evaluation and structuring of investment projects. Coordination of technical, financial, legal, and operational teams. Liaison with investors, strategic partners, and international organizations. End-to-end project lifecycle management: analysis, design, financing, execution, and launch.
