Interdepartmental collaboration and continuous improvement We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work in Utebo, Zaragoza. The primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate facility maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance planning, supervision of technical staff, diagnosis and resolution of equipment failures, management of resources and materials, interdepartmental collaboration, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Equipment status reports will also be prepared, and participation in continuous improvement projects is required. This position requires technical education in mechanics, electricity, or electronics; prior experience in industrial maintenance planning; and the ability to lead teams. A permanent, full-time contract is offered on a day shift, within a professional team at a growing company.
