The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Working hours according to the center’s shift roster (with corresponding rest periods). * Salary based on the Collective Catering Agreement. * Duration: summer campaign. * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
