Our offering is built on over a century of innovation, delivering solutions that combine **energy efficiency, sustainability, and comfort**, both for new construction projects and for modernization of existing facilities. **What will your role be?** ---------------------- You will join the technical team performing fieldwork on HVAC installations, participating in **installation, commissioning, maintenance, and project execution** across large buildings and critical infrastructure, under the coordination of Team Leaders and Managers. **What will your responsibilities be?** ---------------------------------------- * **Installation and commissioning** of HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality from the initial phase. * **Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance** at customer sites, including routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and incident resolution. * **Field technical support (O\&M)**, collaborating on equipment operation and maintenance as required. * **Participation in new installation projects**, providing on-site support and ensuring correct technical implementation of solutions. * **Optimization of system performance**, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and warranty conditions. * **Basic troubleshooting** under supervision, applying technical knowledge of HVAC equipment. **What profile do we require?** ---------------------------- * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in **Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **2–4 years** of experience in similar roles within the HVAC sector. * Technical knowledge of **climate control installations and equipment maintenance**. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (**minimum 60 hours – Preventive Resource**). * Additional occupational risk prevention training is desirable. * Proficiency with IT tools (Office, etc.). * Availability for **travel** within the assigned area and for **on-call duties**. **What do we offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
