We require an operator with experience in industrial machinery, especially in operating automatic shot-blasting machines and overhead cranes. Strong awareness of Occupational Risk Prevention is essential, as the role is performed within the metal sector.
The candidate must be serious, responsible, and capable of organizing work autonomously. Stability and long-term commitment are highly valued. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required. Prior experience with automatic shot-blasting and painting installations, or a background in the metal sector, is considered an advantage. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is essential.
Main responsibilities include safely and effectively operating the shot-blasting machine to ensure part quality, and handling the overhead crane to move materials within the facility. These tasks are critical to production.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal sector. Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. High sensitivity and maximum awareness of Occupational Risk Prevention. Ability to work autonomously. Seriousness and responsibility.
