Responsibilities: * Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the facility. * Minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. * Painting and facility conditioning work (prior experience required). * Monitor the overall condition of the building and report incidents. * Support maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas. * Collaborate with external suppliers when necessary. * Ensure proper functioning and safety of facilities. Requirements: * Prior experience in similar maintenance roles. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. * Must be proficient in painting tasks. * Proactive, responsible individual capable of autonomous work. * Experience in socio-healthcare centers, hotels, or large-scale facilities is desirable.
