**We are seeking a Construction Safety and Health Coordinator** to join a specialized technical team working on energy and industrial projects in the Aragón region. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating safety and health activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and acting as the liaison between the company, clients, and contractors. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conduct on-site supervision and follow-up visits to verify compliance with established safety and health measures. * Coordinate preventive actions among the various companies involved in the projects. * Manage on-site incidents by proposing and promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Draft technical reports on monitoring, inspections, and safety and health control. * Participate in the planning, review, and monitoring of preventive activities during project execution. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, technical supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the projects. * Ensure compliance with current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention and Safety and Health Coordination. * Identify potential on-site risks and promote implementation of measures guaranteeing a safe working environment. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Industrial Engineering. * A Master’s degree qualifying for Industrial Engineering is desirable. * Advanced Technician qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties. * Completion of a 200-hour course in Construction Safety and Health Coordination is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing safety and health coordination duties on energy infrastructure projects, electrical substations, photovoltaic plants, or similar. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention regulations and regulations governing coordination of business activities. * Strong organizational, planning, and technical documentation skills. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Stable employment with an established and growing company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Flexible working hours. * Company car and mobile phone. * Private health insurance and flexible compensation plan. * Attractive career development and professional growth opportunities. * Involvement in flagship projects within the energy and industrial sectors.
