Furthermore, we prioritize **job stability**, offering permanent contracts and long-term career progression. **What will you do on a daily basis?** Your mission will be to provide direct support to the quality department, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, good practices, and current regulations. You will work closely with production and the Quality Manager, actively participating in daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Joint facility inspections with the Quality Manager. * Control of glass, hard plastics, and inspection of first-aid kits/fire extinguishers. * Daily plant inspections and supervision of production records. * Updating applicable legislation (AECOSAN/ASDA). * Control of label receipt and analysis of packaging breakages. * Support in staff training. * Coverage for the Quality Manager in crisis management and product withdrawal. * Participation in crisis drills and traceability exercises. * Collaboration in certification, customer, and internal audits. * Supplier evaluation and management of the sample library. * Water and surface control according to current regulations. **What will make you succeed in this position?** We seek a candidate with education in fields related to **Quality, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or similar**, possessing knowledge of **food regulations**, document management, and self-control systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS).
