The job involves preparing daily menus, managing kitchen and storage area organization and cleanliness, conducting inventory control and ordering, and ensuring consistent adherence to safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations. For this position, a food handler's certificate is required; specialized culinary training of at least three months is considered an asset. This is a full-time temporary contract. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 22:00, plus alternate Saturdays or Sundays, with shifts from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00\.
