




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring attractive presentation while managing daily planning, inventory, and purchase control. Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations We are looking for a Cook to perform duties at a hotel located in Utebo, Zaragoza. Job responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, covering the regular menu, daily menus, and special events. Ensuring an attractive and consistent final presentation across all preparations is essential. Tasks also include daily mise en place planning, adjusting portion sizes and service timing according to customer flow. Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations is required, including maintaining cleanliness of the work area, utensils, and equipment. Additionally, inventory management, purchase control, and recipe costing will be performed. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a split schedule from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00, with potential for flexible shifts in the future. The hotel will be closed during the month of August. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
