The TRANS4RM program aims to equip adidas with a future\-ready enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, incorporating intelligent technologies such as data\-driven AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Through the TRANS4RM Business Transformation, we are establishing the digital foundation to deliver a premium customer and consumer experience across all channels (Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce). This role will be part of the 18\-month testing phase, supporting the testing of the new ERP system, SAP S/4 HANA, for Market Europe (3 clusters – 8 zones – 29 countries) within the respective workstream area. PURPOSE \& OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION : The analyst will execute and validate testing for customs. This role ensures that solutions meet business requirements by working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and TRANS4RM teams to validate software, processes, and system configurations. The ideal candidate will have a background in global logistics and/or customs, focusing on executing test processes and reporting defects that impact deliverables and user expectations. This includes validating processes, identifying gaps between current 'as\-is' and envisioned 'to\-be' processes, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and communicating conclusions.
