At **Postas de la Joyosa**, we pride ourselves on providing friendly, high-quality service to our customers. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our permanent staff. We currently have a team of 27 employees. Would you like to join our family? You will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance. We seek an organized individual with teamwork skills and basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen care. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Preparation of food for consumption or cooking. * Washing dishes and disinfecting kitchen utensils. * Assisting in organizing kitchen utensils and equipment. * Supporting additional tasks as required by the kitchen team. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area and workplace. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in the hospitality industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Proactive attitude and strong communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and remain calm during peak demand periods. * Personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Salary, incentives, and general conditions according to collective agreement. * Permanent contract with rotating shifts. * Discounts across all our brands and establishments. * Staff meals included. * Salary: 19,000€ – 21,000€ Gross/year Position Type: Full-time Salary: 19,700.00€–21,000.00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
