We are hiring 3 people for this position on the afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM\).
**What the Candidate Will Do Daily**

Reporting directly to the MS\&T Manager, the candidate will perform the following activities:
* Transfer new products (Handshake process) via R\&D or product transfer.
* Perform analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products.
* Process scale-up, validation, and optimization.
* Continuous improvement and process robustness initiatives.
* Develop and validate new analytical methods.
* Conduct and document analytical validations for new products and verify that such methods are suitable for product analysis.
* Draft process validation documentation and verify that processes are suitable and robust.
* Draft cleaning validation documentation and verify that processes are suitable and safe.
* Collect and review all analytical documentation.
* Issue and properly complete required documentation in each case.
* Provide the Regulatory Affairs Department with necessary documentation for dossier creation.
* Repair laboratory equipment damaged during the afternoon shift.
* Manage sampling and analysis of batches analyzed and received during the afternoon shift.
* Coordinate analysts and team members assigned to the afternoon shift.
**Experience and Qualifications**
---------------------------------
* Chemistry background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or related field.
* Experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory.
* Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
* Organized individual with clear conceptual understanding.
