You will collaborate closely with other technical departments, coordinating and managing development projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and designing new products, performing calculations, conducting research, and sourcing components. * Collaborating with other technical departments on innovative product development. * Conducting simulations and tests on products during the prototype phase. * Supporting continuous process improvement and optimization of existing products. * Coordinating and maintaining clear communication with the technical office team to meet quality requirements and deadlines. **What will make you succeed in this role?** We seek a candidate with a degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably mechanical), Fluid Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar product development role is essential. Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer is required, as is fluency in English—both written and spoken—as you will communicate with international teams and work with technical documentation in English. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is desirable, as is prior experience in industrial product development. The ability to work autonomously, with a results- and quality-oriented mindset, will be critical in this role.
