




**Job Description:** --------------------------- The B2B Training Sales Advisor for the Barcelona delegation and the Junior Enterprise Sales representative for the Zaragoza delegation will join the teams in Barcelona and Zaragoza respectively, reporting to our delegate in Barcelona, and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: market prospecting/lead generation, client visits, and organizing and implementing programs and activities developed with clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and capture new business opportunities. * Market prospecting. * Expand and manage the current client portfolio. * Acquire new clients. * Conduct client visits (HR and/or Training Managers). * Negotiate financial terms with each client. * Develop customized proposals according to each client's needs. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience selling services to businesses. * Proficient user of Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce. * Own vehicle. * We are looking for a proactive individual with initiative, strong communication skills, professional presence, and negotiation abilities; capable of making decisions and resolving conflicts effectively. **The candidate must have:** * Ability to manage stress * Strong negotiation skills * Achievement orientation * Teamwork ability * Closing ability **Languages:** ------------ High level of English and native-level Spanish.
