Job Description At **Rol Talent**, we are recruiting a **Warehouse Coordinator**. Reporting to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager and following established guidelines, the candidate will be responsible for managing technical and human resources within the warehouse area. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for verifying and managing operational processes in the area, ensuring required quality and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** Management * Initial training of newly hired operators. * Ongoing staff training on equipment and facility operation, ensuring team versatility. * Initial and annual performance evaluations of personnel in the area. * Monitoring staff attendance per shift. * Promoting team suggestions for improvement. * Ensuring compliance with company-wide regulations, including GMP and prevention requirements. * Collaborating in the implementation of occupational health and safety (PRL) culture. Operational Planning and Coordination * Planning and monitoring daily loading and unloading activities, reporting any incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Assigning personnel to various workstations based on their versatility and the department’s/involved areas’ operational workload. * Coordinating appropriate use of material handling equipment according to assigned tasks. * Optimizing warehouse flows and routes, avoiding non-value-adding movements. Operational Control and Procedure Compliance * Verifying loads to ensure correct materials and quantities, meeting quality standards. * Verifying and identifying all finished product unloads. * Resolving and analyzing SAP-related incidents reported by supervised staff. * Ensuring compliance with all established procedures. Safety, Order, and Coordination * Ensuring warehouse orderliness and cleanliness. * Conducting monthly safety inspections. * Performing weekly check\-lists and correcting any deviations identified. * Coordinating with other departments as required by operational needs and resolving arising incidents. **Requirements:** * FPII \- Higher Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent qualification. * User-level computer skills. * Knowledge and practical experience operating forklift trucks, especially retractable forklifts. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar people management functions in industrial environments. \- Permanent contract (indefinite term), full-time. \- Join a solid and well-established company. \- Professional development opportunities in a dynamic and growing environment. \- Remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
