As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a **Systems Engineer MC3/ZEUS/MTR/GESTA**. What will you do? 5 years of experience in systems engineering within complex technological environments. University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field. Approximately 5 years of experience in systems engineering within complex technological environments. In-depth knowledge of standards such as IEEE 15288, PECAL regulations, and practical experience applying them. Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies or system types: RADAR, Command, Control and Communications (C3), Ground-based Electronic Warfare in radar and communications bands, Combat Cloud and Mission Systems. Experience in defense program acquisition processes. Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) application. Proven experience in requirements management, integration, verification and validation. Leadership and technical team management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments. Advanced level of English (spoken and written). Willingness and availability to travel. Tools and Technologies DOORS or other requirements management tools. MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent platforms for modeling and simulation. System integration, testing and validation tools.
